opening hours

We occasionally have varied opening hours to accommodate holiday, bank holidays and sickness. If you have any problems contacting the studio please email laura@wearebeautyandaesthetics.co.uk, our email is monitored outside of opening hours. Any changes of opening hours may not be updated on google or our website if they temporarily change.

Patch test

Everyone receiving a treatment must comply with a patch test 48 hours before treatment. This is a legal requirement to ensure all clients are safe to proceed without any reaction. Any adverse reactions should be dealt with immediately by a medically trained professional.

Complaints

If you are not totally satisfied with the service you receive please contact us, we will endeavour to resolve your concerns immediately. We want all our customers to experience the best experience and understand from time to time our clients may have feedback about our service. We run a strict NO refund policy but will endeavour to provide a satisfactory solution.

appointments

Please ensure you book the correct appointment, incorrect bookings may be refused. All nail appointment – please book correct nail art if required. Lash extensions will be charged at full price if over 3 weeks or less than 40% remaining, lashes may appear full after 3 weeks but may have outgrown and will need manually removing.

cancellations

If a cancellation is necessary you are required to give us at least 24 hours notice in advance of your treatment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price. The appointment can be rescheduled if given the correct notice. 

No-shows

No shows will be charged in full and without this payment, no further appointments will be made and/or any further appointments will be cancelled.

punctuality

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. Any appointment

over 15 mins late will be treat4ed as a no show. All times stated include preparation of the room and client ie 5 minutes at the beginning and end of the treatment.

data security

Upon booking a treatment you may be asked for personal information such as name, email, telephone number, address, medical history any any other information on our data collection form. Weare Beauty & Aesthetics will keep data in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We, on occasions may send special promotions or updates via email. We also may post pictures to social media accounts. If you would rather not receive these or have pictures kept confidential please inform us.

price alteration

We reserve the right to alters prices without prior notice.

course of treatments

Prepaid courses have a validity of 12 months from the purchase date. If a cancellation, no show or a late appointment will follow the same terms as above and will also apply to the prepaid course.

retail products

All products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or ordering.

gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for all services. You are not under any obligation to use the full value of your voucher during one session. Late cancellation, no show or late appointment will follow the sames terms as above and also apply to gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any offers.

medical conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.

hygiene

Clinic hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and we strive to achieve optimal cleanliness. All equipment is regularly cleaned and sterilised.
